Hydro CIRCAL – High-Quality and Sustainable Aluminum with Minimal Climate Impact
In our products, we use Hydro CIRCAL, a premium aluminum containing at least 75% recycled consumer scrap. Thanks to the high recycled content, the material has one of the lowest carbon footprints on the market – only 1.9 kg CO₂ per kilogram of aluminum – enabling us to actively contribute to reducing the overall climate impact.
The complete manufacturing process is traceable and verified by DNV, guaranteeing maximum quality, transparency, and accountability. By choosing Hydro CIRCAL, we can offer products that support the circular economy while meeting today’s stringent sustainability and environmental requirements.
Manual & Robot Welding
Certified Welding According to SS-EN 15085-2:2020 and EN 3834 – Highest Quality in Manual and Robotic Welding
We are certified according to SS-EN 15085-2:2020, the leading railway standard for welded components, as well as EN 3834, which ensures the highest quality in both manual welding and robotic welding. This guarantees that our welding processes meet strict international requirements for safety, quality, and traceability.
Our robotic welding is performed with a single-axis servo-driven positioner with support fixture, providing optimal precision and stability in every welding operation. For manual welding, we use welding equipment from ESAB, while our robotic systems are equipped with Fronius TPS 400i CMT, one of the market’s most advanced and efficient solutions for robotic welding.
By combining certified processes with modern technology, we can deliver welding results with maximum strength, accuracy, and operational reliability. The robot works with a single-axis servo-driven positioner with a steady rest. For welding equipment, we use ESAB for manual welding and Fronius TPS 400i CMT for robotic welding.
Water Jet Cutting
Abrasive and Pure Water Cutting – High Precision for 2D Components and Material Blanks
Our abrasive water cutting from Kimtek provides us with enhanced capabilities to cut finished 2D components and produce blanks for further processing with high precision and efficiency. The technology enables cutting of both hard and complex materials without affecting the material’s structure.
In our pure water cutter, we manufacture softer components, such as gaskets, in the material our customers require. This method is ideal for heat-sensitive or soft materials where exact contours and gentle processing are critical.
With our water cutting solutions, we can offer flexible, cost-effective, and material-efficient cutting processes tailored to each project’s requirements.
Milling
Advanced CNC Machining for Both Small and Large Components
For precision-demanding smaller components, we use the Fanuc Robodrill D21LiB5, a fast and reliable CNC machine equipped with a 4-axis table for optimal accuracy and efficiency.
When larger or more advanced components require machining, our CMS ARES 4818 PX5 takes over. This 5-axis machine offers a generous working area of 4,800 x 1,800 mm and a machining height of up to 1,200 mm, making it ideal for complex geometries and extensive components.
For projects that do not require 4- or 5-axis machining, we use our 2-axis planar milling machines, with working dimensions exceeding 5 meters, enabling stable and cost-effective machining of larger components.
With our extensive machine fleet, we can offer customized CNC machining, high flexibility, and top quality regardless of component size or complexity.
Profiles and Cutting
Profiles from Hydro – Customized Solutions and Precision Machining
We offer a wide range of aluminum profiles from Hydro Sweden, where our close collaboration ensures high quality and fast deliveries. If you require a profile outside the standard range, we develop a customized solution that precisely meets your specifications.
Our profile cutting is performed with high precision in our advanced cutting machines. For larger volumes or special requirements, cutting can also be performed in our CMS machine to optimize both efficiency and results.
All profile bending is performed in our CNC-controlled Thoman machine, guaranteeing exact forming and high repeatability regardless of complexity.
With our capacity and technical expertise, we can deliver profiles that meet high requirements for accuracy, quality, and flexibility.
