Hot vulcanization in vacuum oven
In our large vacuum oven, we can vulcanize parts that are 1.4 x 4 meters, and with this process we ensure that all oxygen is removed from the vulcanization, thereby achieving high quality. We also have hot vulcanization presses between 200-1200mm for belts and mats.
Cold vulcanization is the most commonly used method, where we specialize in bonding materials together.

Rubber processing
We cut and grind and can mill rubber, thereby creating many products in various qualities.
We manufacture large membranes, bumpers, linings for dumpers, wear rubber parts and much more.
Water cutting with water and abrasive
We have the capability to cut rubber in our two water cutters, from small gaskets up to larger parts. Water cutting is the method that has almost completely replaced punching. Thick or hard materials with abrasive and thinner materials with water only.
Linings where wear is a problem
If there are wear problems on, for example, dumper beds, we can help develop solutions to eliminate this. We use different types of rubber and adapt the solution to reduce wear, and another important factor is minimizing noise levels. There may also be problems with vibrations, which is often the case on vehicles that are electric-powered and have electrical components and other electronics near, for example, a bed.
