Aros Industripartner AB supports the future of urban mobility in Munich!

We are pleased to announce that AROS IP has been awarded a role as a subcontractor in a major railway project that will strengthen public transport in Munich. Within the framework of this collaboration, we will supply a key component for the coupling system in the city’s new S-Bahn trains.

Our contribution supports Knorr-Bremse Rail Vehicle Systems in the delivery of advanced coupling systems designed to improve energy efficiency, reduce life-cycle costs, and maximize vehicle availability for the growing S-Bahn network.

The project is expected to significantly increase passenger capacity and improve daily travel for thousands of people in the region – and we are proud to be a part of this.

Deliveries of the new trains are expected to begin in late 2028.
