We continue to grow and are pleased to welcome two new colleagues: Jennie Hesslöw as Finance Manager and Anders Seljeson as Site Manager. With different backgrounds but a shared drive, they strengthen our team and our continued development.
Anders comes most recently from the role as site manager in gas production and also has experience from the steel industry. He was attracted by both the role and our unique operations in specialized manufacturing.
As Site Manager, Anders looks forward to working closely with the team and continuing to develop the business forward. He is driven by people, collaboration, and the challenges that production entails—something that also reflects his personality: positive, energetic, and solution-oriented.
His first impression of the company is a knowledge-rich organization with strong community spirit, where he wants to contribute with energy, commitment, and an attitude where nothing is impossible.
Fun facts: Coffee (preferably a bit too much), morning person, exercise, carpentry—and a full 8 completed Vasaloppet races.
Jennie has extensive experience in finance and HR, with particular focus on streamlining working methods and implementing smart system solutions. What attracted her to us was the opportunity to be part of an exciting growth journey—in a new industry and together with a company with great ambitions.
In her new role, Jennie wants to contribute to developing and streamlining our financial routines, creating clearer decision-making foundations, and freeing up time for the business to grow. She is driven by finding smarter working methods and particularly appreciates the feeling when structure and numbers fall into place.
Her first impression of the company is an open and welcoming environment with great development potential—something she looks forward to being part of.
