AROS Industripartner Uses
Hydro CIRCAL in our products – a high-quality, more sustainable aluminum manufactured with at least 75% recycled consumer scrap. With a low carbon footprint of 1.9 kg CO₂ per kilogram of aluminum, we contribute to reducing our climate impact. Every step in the manufacturing process is traceable and verified by DNV, ensuring quality and transparency. By choosing Hydro CIRCAL, we can offer products that promote the circular economy and meet the market’s high sustainability requirements.
Manual & Robot Welding
We are certified according to SS-EN 15085-2:2020 railway standard and EN 3834 for manual welding and robot welding. The robot works with a single-axis servo-driven positioner with tailstock. The welding equipment we use is ESAB for manual welding and Fronius TPS 400i CMT for robotic welding.
Water Jet Cutting
Our abrasive water jet cutting Kimtek creates additional possibilities to cut finished 2D parts as well as materials for our processing. In our pure water cutter, we cut soft parts such as gaskets in desired materials.
Milling
For smaller parts, we use Fanuc Robodrill D21LIB5 with a 4-axis table. For larger parts, we use CMS type ARES 4818 PX5 with a working area of 4,800 x 1,800 mm and can work at heights up to 1,200mm in 5 axes. We have 2-axis surface mills with working dimensions over 5 meters that we use when requirements do not include 4 or 5 axes.
Profiles and Cutting
We have a wide range of profiles from Hydro Sweden with whom we have a close collaboration. If you need assistance, we can develop exactly the profile you want if it’s outside the standard range. Our profile cutting is performed with precision in our cutting machines. Cutting can also be performed in our CSM machine if required for larger quantities. All profile bending is done in our CNC-controlled Thoman machine with high precision.
